We are a small, values-driven provider based in regional Victoria, walking alongside people and families as they navigate the NDIS. We keep things simple, honest and human so you feel informed, supported and genuinely listened to at every step.
Meet Our Founder
Care Focus Support Services was founded with one simple belief — that every person, no matter where they live, deserves access to quality, compassionate NDIS support. Our founder grew up in regional Victoria and has seen firsthand how hard it can be for people in rural and remote communities to access the services they need.
Too often, participants in towns like Swan Hill, Kerang and Wycheproof are left navigating the NDIS alone — without the local support they deserve. Phone calls are not returned, workers change constantly and families are left carrying the load.
That is why Care Focus was built from the ground up to be local, personal and genuinely participant-focused. We listen first, move at your pace and stay in regular contact so you are never left wondering what is happening with your supports.

Our support coordinators are organised, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping you navigate your NDIS plan with confidence. They take the time to understand your goals, explain options in plain language, and work with you to make sure your funding is working effectively.
Support Worker
Our support workers are compassionate, experienced and committed to providing person-centred care that respects your goals and independence. Whether it’s daily living support, community participation or help with appointments, they focus on building your confidence and supporting your choices.
Daily Living Support Worker
Our daily living support workers bring patience and practical skill to everyday tasks, helping you build routines and live as independently as possible. They support personal care, household management and daily living activities with warmth and respect for your dignity and preferences.
Our Team
Our team members are experienced, qualified, police-checked and NDIS Worker Screened. We focus on matching you with a support worker who understands your needs and routines, providing consistent, reliable care built on genuine relationships.
