About Care Focus Support Services
Local support you can count on, again and again.
Care Focus Support Services is a locally owned NDIS provider supporting people with disability and mental health challenges across Swan Hill, Gannawarra, Buloke, Tooleybuc and nearby communities. We’re not a large organisation — we’re a small, committed team that genuinely knows our participants.
Our approach is simple: we show up, we stay, and we earn your trust slowly. We’ve supported people who hadn’t left home in months, participants navigating trauma, and families who felt lost in the NDIS system. Whatever your starting point, we meet you there.

Support Coordination
We help you make sense of your NDIS plan, connect with the right providers and prepare confidently for plan reviews. Your coordinator is consistent — you won’t be handed around.

From morning routines to daily living tasks, our workers support you with dignity and at your pace. We focus on building your independence, not creating dependence.

Many of our participants have experienced trauma, broken trust, or systems that let them down. That’s why we do things differently. We send the same worker, every time. We never rush introductions. We let you set the pace. And we stay — even when things get hard. That consistency is rare in our industry, and it’s the thing our participants value most.
Meet the founder
Timaima Naitau
Founder & Support Coordinator
Timaima founded Care Focus Support Services after her own journey through broken trust and the long road to healing. That personal experience shaped everything about how we work — the patience, the consistency, the refusal to rush anyone. Timaima holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Disability Support, a Diploma in Case Management, and has worked in the Mental Health field for a number of years, including six years as a Support Coordinator in the NDIS space across regional Victoria. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Psychology. Timaima leads every Support Coordination case personally and is often the first person you’ll speak to when you contact us.

Care Focus Support Services provides both Support Coordination and direct supports, but your choice and control always come first. You are clearly informed of your right to choose any provider for your direct supports.
We comply with NDIS Practice Standards, keeping Support Coordination independent, transparent and focused on your choice. When we coordinate your supports, we present real options and never pressure you to use our own services.
